The size of the printing roller will not change significantly at different temperatures, and can adapt to high temperature and high humidity environments or cold and dry climate conditions.
4. The printed canvas bed has a good affinity for water. By adding a special formula to polyurethane materials, the internal structure of the molecules has been altered, and factors with good affinity for water have been introduced and increased, thereby improving the material's resistance to surface tension and surface water absorption. Therefore, it is used as a dampening board for a series of water and alcohol rubber rollers with good results.
5. Printing rollers have excellent chemical properties and are suitable for various types of inks and printing methods, making them very suitable for both glossy and UV ink rollers.
6. Rubber rollers are easy to clean. It is easy to convert dark and light ink in production. As the plate roller of some printing machines, it can stick paper wool, dust, anti sticking film powder and other miscellaneous characteristics on the printing plate without frequent loading, unloading and cleaning, which is convenient for production.
