Shandong Rubber Roller Co., Ltd
Specializing in the production of various types of rubber rollers。
I don't know if you are familiar with textile rubber rollers. They are made by pre polymerizing polyols and isocyanates to form NCO Kidd polyurethane prepolymers, which then react with chain extending crosslinking agents to produce CPUs. The workpieces are then loaded into trays for automatic positioning and pouring, automatic feeding, closing the pouring chamber, vacuuming, automatic feeding, and quantitative pouring of adhesive. After pouring all workpieces, a delay of 5-10 seconds is applied, and the pouring chamber is emptied and opened to remove the workpieces for post-processing. So what should we pay attention to when using paper making rubber rollers?
1. Textile rubber rollers age after long-term use, and the erosion of chemicals can cause glue to rot and "fall off". Therefore, do not use this type of rubber roller again, otherwise it will seriously affect the quality of printed products.
2. In offset printing operation, ink emulsification is caused by "large water and large ink", which forms a hydrophilic group on the smooth paper making rubber roller, causing it to de ink. The solution is to remove the emulsified ink, clean the de ink roller with gasoline, polish it with a mixture of 5% sodium hydroxide solution and pumice powder, and treat the metal roller (or hard roller) accordingly. Hard rollers can also be polished with fine water sand while being soaked in water. Be careful not to stay in the same place, otherwise the rubber roller will be damaged. The fundamental solution is to control the pH value of the liquid in the bucket, so that the ink and wash reach a good balance.
3. When the weather is cold, the ink is uneven, and auxiliary materials can be added to the ink appropriately. Do not use infrared heaters or other equipment to bake ink rollers to prevent oxidation of the rollers.
4. Textile rubber rollers mainly transfer ink from textiles. Therefore, in the daily cleaning process, it is necessary to carefully clean the rubber roller, otherwise, the surface, pigment, and resin of the rubber roller will be oxidized, forming a smooth and hard film, resulting in surface vitrification and affecting ink transfer. If not cleaned regularly, the surface of the rubber roller will be uneven and difficult to use over time. Therefore, when stopping the machine, the rubber roller should be cleaned and stored for future use.
5. Paper making rubber rollers should not be stored near large electric motors or generators. Because the large amount of ozone generated by these devices can cause the rubber roller surface to age and crack.
6. In order to ensure production quality and printing is not affected, spare ink rollers are needed, but they should not be stored too much to avoid aging. In addition, the textile rubber roller should stand upright on the shaft neck, and the surface should not come into contact with each other or other objects to avoid deformation of the rubber roller.
These are the things we should pay attention to when using paper making rubber rollers. There is no need to apply a layer of coating before use to prevent entanglement, and there is no need to polish or repair them during use.
