3. Conductivity

The inspection method is as follows: first, balance the temperature and humidity of the rubber hose for 24 hours, clean the electrode plate and rubber roller surface of the electrical test moisture regulator, roll the rubber hose, and record the smaller value for one week. The larger the value, the better the conductivity.
4. Wear resistance
Wear resistance is an important factor affecting the lifespan of rubber rollers. After using the rubber roller for a period of time, the fiber channel wears out, the rubber roller sinks, and the clamping force of the jaws decreases. Meanwhile, worn parts are rough and prone to entanglement, requiring re grinding.
The inspection method is as follows: remove the crossbar of the yarn guide and visually inspect the concave surface by touching it with your hand.
5. Aging resistance
Rubber rollers begin to decline from the moment of production, with increasing hardness and decreasing elasticity. The lifespan of domestic rubber rollers is generally around 2 years.
The inspection method is as follows: extend the UV treatment time, generate high-temperature enhanced oxidation cracking, generate ozone accelerated aging, and test hardness and elasticity at the same time.
