Techniques for adding recycled rubber to paper rollers

Paper making rubber rollers have a large diameter and thick rubber layer, with strict requirements for hardness. Generally, natural rubber is used or combined with styrene butadiene rubber and butadiene rubber in production. In actual production, the appropriate use of recycled rubber on paper rollers can reduce raw material costs. Rubber roller manufacturers can choose suitable recycled rubber according to the actual performance requirements of the rollers, adjust the formula of paper rollers appropriately, and further optimize product performance while reducing costs.
1. Performance requirements for papermaking rubber rollers
Paper making rubber rollers require the rubber material to have good thermal conductivity, a flat area during vulcanization, and a low risk of vulcanization inversion during the vulcanization process. Paper making rubber rollers need to be bonded to metal roller cores, and the adhesive material is required to have good adhesion. Rubber roller products have strict requirements for the hardness of rubber material HYL26Y11Y2-MXF and need to meet relevant indicators. In actual production, paper-making rubber roller production enterprises need to adjust the variety and dosage of raw materials, and coordinate the relationship between various indicators of rubber roller materials.
2. Selection of raw materials for papermaking rubber rollers
Among various types of recycled rubber products, latex recycled rubber and tire recycled rubber can be used in combination with natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber and other commonly used synthetic rubbers, with good results. Therefore, when using recycled rubber to reduce the raw material cost of paper rollers, latex recycled rubber or tire recycled rubber can be used in moderation according to actual needs; Latex regenerated rubber can directly replace natural rubber in the production of high-performance paper rollers, and the paper rollers produced by blending tire regenerated rubber have a higher cost-effectiveness.
3. Paper roller matching system
When using recycled rubber to reduce raw material costs for paper rollers, traditional sulfur and accelerator vulcanization systems are generally chosen. Accelerators can be selected from accelerators DM, CZ, or NOBS; Increasing the amount of zinc oxide appropriately can further improve the thermal conductivity of the adhesive material, and the amount of zinc oxide can be controlled at 40-50 parts. In reinforced filling systems, reinforcing carbon black is generally chosen to increase the hardness of the rubber material. When using carbon black to increase hardness, attention should be paid to the adhesive properties of the rubber material, which can be improved by combining it with a softener; Common softeners include pine tar, and low hardness products use black and white ointment.
